ABOUT ME
I am a M.S. recipient in Structural Engineering with a background in Civil Engineering - Building Science, which has enabled me to gain skills in both Architecture and Structural Engineering as a whole. The education I received from University of Southern California in Building Science allowed me to develop skills in Architectural Design which includes site analysis, architectural design, structural design, rendering, as well as environmental and HVAC / MEP considerations. I chose to continue my education in Structural Engineering in order to advance my understanding of the effect that seismic interaction has on building design and to be able to design and analyze structures with advanced methods such as Finite Element Analysis and numerical analysis of structures undergoing seismic excitation via computer programming and advanced software.
I also enjoy camping, skateboarding, snowboarding and going on long trips that are focused on being immersed in nature. I tend to enjoy the simpler things in life during my free time and am always looking for a career that allows this way of living.
